Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage dependencies, optimize program and release workflows, and work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management

  • Plan, track, and execute technical projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, roadblocks, and bottlenecks.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between product vision, engineering execution, and business goals.

3. Process Optimization & Agile Implementation

  • Implement Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies for project tracking.
  • Define and improve development workflows, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and team efficiency.

4. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
  • Manage external vendors, partners, and third-party integrations as needed.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, requirements, and reports.

5. Technical Leadership & Innovation

  • Understand technical architectures, system integrations, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with engineers to define scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
