- Should able to understand technical terms and requirements.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
- Source potential candidates through various job portals (e.g - Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist, etc...)
- Determine selection criteria
- Assess candidates information, including resumes and contact details, using ATS
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening call, aptitude, technical round, assessment, final round, HR round
- Manage candidate pipeline and update status regularly
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Good/ Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Qualification: BE/ ME. CE/ IT, BCA/ MCA, BSc/ MSc Computer
