Job Description
Job Title:- Recruitment Consultant/Technical Recruiter – US Staffing
Role & Responsibility:-
- Sourcing candidates from various job boards and social networking sites.
- Screening candidates according to the job description.
- Recruiting qualified candidates matching to the requirement from client.
- Maintain professional email communication with candidates.
- Coordinating with recruited candidates for scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation on all conversations with candidates.
- Maintain reports and database of candidates.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Recruitment.
- Fresher may also apply.
- Good communication skills including reading, writing and verbal.
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Highly motivated & self-disciplined
- Shift Timings:-7:30PM IST to 5:30AM IST (Monday to Friday – US Staffing)
- UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
- PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post-Graduation Not Required
- Compensation: - No bar for right candidate.
- Location: - Ahmedabad, Gujarat
