As a fresh BE/Btech/ BCA/Bsc Graduates you will contribute to a team that identifies and hires IT and leadership talent for BOV’s core customers spread across the United States.

Job Location - Bangalore
Job Timings - 6:00PM-3:30AM
Role: IT Recruiter Trainee for US staffing
- Must be a BCA or BSc or BE/BTech, with Information Science, Computer Application, or related technology area
- Must have scored 60% marks or 3.5 GPA in 10th, 12th, and degree.
- Should be from 2020 or later graduation batch .
- Willing to work during Night shift hours
- Minimum 2 Years of commitment must
- Work Location is Bangalore, so candidates must be Bangalore based
- Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts/ tools.
- Good communication and proficiency in English.
- Job has significant interaction with outside people.
- The candidate must be good with calling and talking to people
- Must be willing to take a written test conducted by the Blue Ocean Ventures
