- A go to recruitment person for anything in recruitment for certain assigned start ups that the person will be working with.

- Sourcing through various innovative channels.
- Marketing research, talent mapping
- Company mapping and Analysing organisational structures in the start up ecosystems.
- A constant learning of new domain - From Food tech to E-commerce and various areas.
- Onboarding Strategy
- Recruitment Operations at the client side across the hiring needs
- Setting up Policies and fundamental people operations at Start ups
- Performance Evaluation Process setting up and Execution
