We are actively looking to hire 10 candidates for various open positions. 

Eligibility: 
  • B.tech/ Bachelor in Computer Science
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Technically Strong Knowledge in Software
Office hours: 6.30 P.M IST to 3:30 AM IST. (Night Shift)Looking for candidates who can start ASAPUS IT Recruiter

Job Description: 
  • Handle end-to-end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies. 
  • Recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
  • Negotiating compensation to close a candidate and hiring hourly, salaried, and subcontracting candidates. 
  • Using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch, es and LinkedIn. 
  • Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc. 
  • Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate current and future client demands.
