Job Description
JOB PROFILE :
- End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and on boarding candidates.
- Identified the resumes that best suit the client requirements, through various Job sites like (Monster/Naukri), Referrals, Contacts, Database, Consultancies, Third Parties, etc.
- Handled recruitments from Junior to senior level positions (Sales Team, Center Manager, Regional Manager, Programmers, and Analysts) in various fields.
- Coordinate with Technical Managers for arranging the interviews.
- Generation of leads from the candidates.
- Responsible for full recruitment life cycle: Sourcing relevant profile, initial screening, scheduling interviewing from HR perspective, compensation negotiation including conditional closures, releasing offers.
- Developing candidate's databases on various skills.
- Matched, identified & selected manpower from the available resource pool.
- Regular follow up with the candidates to ensure his/her joining within minimal time.
- Good English & Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills
