• Job Title: Technical Recruiter
  
• Job Location: Baroda, Gujarat
  
• Shift Time: Monday to Friday; 6 pm to 4 am IST (US Shift)
  

• This is a techno-commercial position and an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to IT Staffing industry, which is currently at $117 Billion in the US alone.
  
• As Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and presenting qualified technical candidates to fill client requirements provided via an online requisition system, delivery manager or Collabera sales executive. 
• This position is not responsible for hiring, terminating, performance appraisals or salary revisions.
• This position is target-based and has lucrative incentives to be earned upon successful completion of the targets.

 Job Description:

• To understand IT requirements of client’s IT resource need and deliver qualified candidates/consultants across US geographies
  
• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame
  
• Posting vacancies on job portals. 
• Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
  
• Responsible for full recruitment life cycle.
  

• We offer an initial salary of INR 18,000/Month. 
• Candidate will be also eligible for salary revision to INR 20,000/Month after a successful tenure of 6 months or based on superior performance (whichever is earlier).

 Training & Development:

• We provide extensive training which grooms the selected candidates into professional Technical Recruiters. 
• Collabera invests INR 2 Lacs per candidate in providing this training without charging anything to a candidate. 
• At the same time, we pay the determined salary to candidates who are in training.
• Considering this, we are looking for a minimum commitment of 11 Months with the organization.
