Job Description
- Job Title: Technical Recruiter
- Job Location: Baroda, Gujarat
- Shift Time: Monday to Friday; 6 pm to 4 am IST (US Shift)
- This is a techno-commercial position and an excellent opportunity to gain exposure of IT Staffing industry, which is currently at $600 million in revenue and with 14000+ employees.
- As Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and presenting qualified technical candidates to fill client requirements provided via an online requisition system, delivery manager or Collabera sales executive.
- This position is not responsible for terminating, performance appraisals or salary revisions.
- This position is target-based and has lucrative incentives to be earned upon successful completion of the targets.
- The job of a technical recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT/Non IT positions; the recruiter also reviews, reformats and presents resumes to hiring managers.
- These are some of the duties and requirements of a technical recruiter.
- Source, telephonic screening and evaluate candidates on call
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Follow up with candidates
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to learn technical information
- Self-confidence and self-starter
- Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
- Good written and verbal communication skills
