The technical recruiter need not only to have the ability to realistically source, screen, and present qualified candidates, but the confidence to communicate unrealistic technical requirements goals to hiring managers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understanding client requirements and sourcing candidates for various job boards like CareerBuilder, Monster, DICE, Indeed, LinkedIn.
- Talking to candidates over the phone and qualifying them against the requirements.
- Scheduling interviews and conducting follow-ups with candidates for interview feedback.
- Maintaining constant communications with candidates up to hire stage.
