Sigma Systems Inc. is looking for energetic resources to fill multiple Jr. IT Recruiter positions.

Job Title: Jr. IT Recruiter

Job Location: Vijayawada, AP

Responsibilities:

Daily prospecting of leads – meets or exceeds daily call quota
Proactively searches for passive candidates, then identifies, phone screens, qualifies, submits, hires and maintains those candidates for local and travel contracts nationwide
Facilitates candidate phone interviews, submittals; discusses compensation/salary packages
Builds our talent pipeline through a variety of sourcing techniques including social media such as LinkedIn, Indeed, as well as other web-based searches.
Works with CRM and ATS

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months - 1 year in sourcing and/or recruitment experience required.
Microsoft Office skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Must be very good at verbal/ spoken English.
Must be willing to work in night shift (6.30 PM till 3.30 AM [Monday - Friday].
Must be flexible to work extended hours when required.
Minimum Bachelor's of Science/ Bachelor's of Computer Science is desired but Bachelor degree in any other stream with good verbal English may also be considered.
