Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT recruitment – sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Working on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
Handling client requirements and maintaining daily reports.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in IT hiring (Product based or large consultings)
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing through job portals and social media.
