Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
2. Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
Assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Understand job requirements and team needs.
Provide insights on market trends and salary expectations.
4. Candidate Experience & Engagement:
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate job offers, salaries, and benefits.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
5. Recruitment Strategies & Employer Branding:
Use data-driven approaches to improve hiring efficiency.
Represent the company at job fairs, tech meetups, and career events.
6. ATS & Documentation:
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain candidate records.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of IT & engineering roles, technologies, and industry trends.
