- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills required.
- Proficient in sourcing through various channels like-Job Portals, Internal Database, Technology Experts Network, WhatsApp Recruitment, Employee Referrals etc.
- Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening, understanding their competencies & skill sets, and briefing job role.
- Co-coordinating with candidates for interview & conducting telephonic interview before short listing them.
- Develop trust quickly & maintain candidate loyalty by providing appropriate feedback after interview process.
- Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track on their joining dates.
