Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for our organization. You will play a critical role in identifying skilled professionals for positions such as software developers, IT specialists, system architects, engineers, data scientists, and other technical roles across departments.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various technology stacks, current hiring trends in the tech industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, high-quality recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:

Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and campus hiring.

Proactively build a pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs.

Develop strategies to attract passive candidates and maintain a strong talent pool.
2. Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Evaluate resumes and applications for relevant technical competencies, certifications, and project history.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and technical panels or hiring managers.

Guide candidates through the recruitment process and ensure a positive experience.
3. Technical Understanding & Collaboration:

Understand the technical requirements of roles and stay updated on current industry tools, programming languages, and IT trends.

Collaborate with technical leads and hiring managers to fine-tune job descriptions and selection criteria.

Participate in job briefings to accurately define role expectations.
4. Recruitment Process Management:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, timelines, and documentation requirements.

Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment formalities when needed.
5. Employer Branding & Outreach:

Promote the company’s employer brand through social platforms, job fairs, and online communities.

Contribute to the creation of content for careers pages, social media, and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Represent the company at industry events, job expos, and university drives.
6. Metrics & Reporting:

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate source effectiveness, and pipeline progress.

Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and candidate engagement.

Provide weekly updates to HR leadership and hiring managers.
