Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling US / UK Inbound calls regarding troubleshooting service plans.
  
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery and converting calls into deals.
  
• Good in analyzing customers requirement
  
• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  

• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Demonstrating the product.
  
• A strong exposure in Paid Email Calls/PPC Calls
  
• Excellent convincing and customer relation skills.
  
• Should have a positive attitude towards work.
  
• Educational Qualification - 12th or any graduate
  
• Experience Required: 1 year- 4 years

• Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Huge incentive, Cab (If not availed that shall be reimbursed)
