Job Overview:
A Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales of press brake tools and accessories, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the sales process from lead generation to order dispatch. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales expertise to provide the best solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
- Promote and sell press brake tools and accessories to potential and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements.
- Provide technical consultation and suggest the best solutions based on customer needs.

Lead Generation & Follow-up:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to close sales deals.
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress.

Quotation & Order Management:
- Prepare and send quotations based on customer specifications.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable sales.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.

Order Dispatch & Logistics Coordination:
- Ensure proper packaging and dispatch of orders.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.

Inspection & Quality Control:
- Conduct inspection of goods before dispatch to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Address any quality concerns and coordinate with the production team for resolution.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to management for product improvements and market strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of press brake tools and accessories and their applications.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch products effectively and close deals.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for customer interactions.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Software Skills: Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and ERP systems is a plus.
