Job Description
Position Overview
As a Technical Sales Engineer at Parv Bricks Solutions, you will bridge the gap between our innovative construction products and the on-ground needs of clients, contractors, and engineers. This is a customer-facing, field-based role that combines technical knowledge with sales and communication skills.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our product range, demonstrating their applications, and providing on-site guidance to clients. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in civil or construction-related education and a passion for client interaction.
Note: Fresh graduates with relevant construction knowledge are encouraged to apply. A bike and willingness to travel locally is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Field Sales

Visit construction sites, builders, architects, engineers, and contractors to introduce and promote Parv Bricks products.

Understand client needs and suggest appropriate product solutions based on project specifications.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
2. Technical Consultation

Explain the technical specifications, benefits, and applications of different brick types and other construction products to customers.

Assist clients in understanding installation techniques, load-bearing capabilities, and durability aspects.

Offer on-site demonstrations or guidance where required.
3. Business Development

Identify potential leads through field visits, networking, and industry contacts.

Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly.

Achieve sales targets through both direct sales and channel partnerships.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily reports on site visits, client meetings, and potential leads.

Submit regular sales progress updates and field activity logs to the team lead or manager.

Collect and communicate market intelligence such as competitor pricing, product trends, and customer preferences.
5. Post-Sales Support

Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Resolve any post-sales issues or client concerns professionally and promptly.

Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for future improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field. Candidates with practical construction knowledge from any background will be considered.

Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in construction sales or site supervision is a bonus.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and terminology.

Ability to read site plans and understand technical specifications.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal communication in Hindi, Marathi, and English (as applicable).

Confidence in speaking to clients, presenting products, and resolving queries.

Own two-wheeler and valid driving license – this is a field-based job requiring daily travel.
