Job Description

Need a Btech (Civil or Mechanical) background candidate for Third party role as Technical sales engineer for Construction projects . Meet the customer , cold calls to customer, gather client requirement and propose best solution .

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers.
Promote and sell construction materials, equipment, and engineering solutions.

Technical Consultation & Support:

Provide technical advice, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate construction solutions.
Assist in project planning, product selection, and after-sales support.

Proposal & Negotiation:

Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Market Research & Reporting:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project updates.
Provide feedback to the R&D and product development teams for innovation.
