Job Description
Responsibility to Focus Market in Segment based Potential and Technical Understanding with customer requirement
Creating customer base monitoring the Application based Requirement and product positioning to the every requirementy
Achieving target
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand client needs and industry trends.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
2. Customer Engagement:

Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal engineering or product teams.

Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide tailored solutions that meet their technical and business needs.

Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
3. Technical Support and Product Knowledge:

Develop deep knowledge of the company’s products, services, and applications.

Explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to clients from non-technical backgrounds.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support and assist with system integration and troubleshooting when needed.
4. Proposal and Documentation:

Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

Assist in drafting contracts, scope of work documents, and project timelines.

Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and client requirements.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams including engineering, R&D, production, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activity, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Submit regular reports to sales and management teams, including performance metrics, pipeline updates, and feedback from the field.
