Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Sales
-
Promote and sell Thermosonics’ range of industrial noise control products, including acoustic enclosures, soundproofing panels, silencers, barriers, and turnkey solutions.

Understand clients’ production environments and offer customized solutions based on noise control requirements.

Identify new business opportunities through cold visits, industrial directories, online research, exhibitions, and referrals.

Plan and execute client visits across Jhagadia, Dahej, Halol GIDC, and surrounding areas.
2. Technical Consultation and Solution Design

Study client needs, site conditions, and industrial processes to propose appropriate technical solutions.

Collaborate with the design team to prepare drawings, specifications, and custom proposals.

Explain technical aspects of products, including materials used, sound attenuation levels, durability, and compliance with noise pollution norms.

Support clients in understanding how Thermosonics’ solutions can reduce operational noise and improve workplace safety.
3. Lead Management and Client Engagement

Follow up on inquiries, leads, and RFQs generated through field visits, marketing activities, or company channels.

Conduct presentations and product demos for potential clients, engineers, and plant managers.

Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business, support, and relationship building.

Keep a record of all client interactions, quotations, feedback, and project status.
4. Sales Coordination and Reporting

Work closely with the sales support and project teams in Mumbai to ensure seamless coordination between client expectations and execution timelines.

Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, travel logs, market feedback, and competitor activity to management.

Achieve sales targets and project milestones as defined by the company.
5. Site Surveys and Post-Sales Support

Conduct preliminary site visits to assess the feasibility of noise control solutions.

Coordinate with the installation or project execution team for post-sale implementation support.

Resolve client queries and service requests during and after project completion.
