Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description:  This position is responsible for providing technical support to our customers, develop strong relationships with customers, sales, and product teams as a trusted advisor to facilitate solution improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Interaction with our customers and providing them direct sales support.

·       Marketing activities, potential client research.

·       Monitoring Sales Plan Vs Actual- Reviewing monthly sales.

·       Identify any custom technical requirements and coordinate as necessary with the product team.

·       Perform client and prospect demonstrations (both virtual and in-person).

·       Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers.

        Job Requirements:

·       High drive level and ability to be proactive.

·       Willingness to travel.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Technical sales support experience.

·       Excellent verbal and written communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, co-operative attitude; team player.

  Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in (BE/B-tech/B.Sc)
