VS TECHNOLOGY is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for the Bangalore Liaison office to support sales activities. The position includes highlighting VST products of MACHINE VISION LENSES & MACHINE VISION LED LIGHTINGS. This sales opportunity will use your skills as a product sales expert and turn this expertise into new business for VST-INDIA.

Job Description

• Prepare technical presentations and recommend solutions for Machine Vision requirements.
• Monitor and collect all technical information
• Drive revenue and create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and evangelizing VST to prospective customers, and to drive new product
• To educate prospective customers about VST products - this includes presentations, technical evaluations, technical objection handling, proposals, and follow up on all customer related issues
• Administer and collect all technical inputs & support for Proof of Concept / validation solutions
• Verbal and written fluency, including technical terms, in English, including the ability to effectively present technical and business-related subjects to all audiences, from the user to the executive & CXO level
• Proficient in Windows Operating System with CRM knowledge.

Requirements

• A background knowledge in MACHINE VISION technology preferable or good knowledge on Mechatronics with interests in Physics & Mathematics.
• Technical sales experience in Automation technologies preferable
• You enjoy learning new things & solving problems
• You are comfortable engaging customers with minimum of 7 days of travelling out of Bengaluru per month
• You're patient and easy to work with, even when under pressure
• Business or sales acumen is preferred
