Jr, Sales Executive.
- Looking for smart, intelligent, process
oriented candidates with good communication skills and with little or no
experience in technology but willing to learn and understand technology to work
as a Jr. Technical Sales Executive for the US Market.
- Should
be confident with good communication skills.

- This is process oriented and time bound
technical sales job.
- The sales executives are expected to understand the
engineer assigned to them for marketing, their technology, specialization
skills etc.,
- Search for requirements through various job boards and other
marketing tools,
- Have the engineer update their resume matching the
requirements and then submit the resume to the vendor/client,
- Following-up on
submissions with the vendors, co-ordinate with the Vendor and Candidate for
scheduling interviews and thereafter follow-up for feedback/confirmation.
- This is a performance oriented job with
set targets at various levels like daily submissions, weekly interviews and
monthly placements.
- Candidates with strong will and commitment
to learn and performance only would be suitable for this position.
