Job Overview

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, meeting sales targets, and promoting products/services in a designated territory. This role involves on-the-ground client interactions, lead generation, negotiations, and relationship management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and networking.
Present and promote products/services to clients to generate sales.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Provide after-sales support, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to close deals.

3. Market Research & Strategy

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Suggest strategies to improve sales and expand market reach.
Report on customer feedback, challenges, and opportunities.

4. Order Processing & Coordination

Collect orders, process payments, and ensure timely product/service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, and support) for smooth operations.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit logs, and sales forecasts.
Provide regular updates on progress and challenges to the management.
