Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Outbound Caller at BizKonnect. The role will involve conducting outbound calls to reach decision-makers, providing technical sales support, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Make high volumes of outbound calls daily to leads provided through CRM systems, third-party databases, trade shows, website inquiries, or previous customer records.

Research companies and decision-makers using platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, and industry directories.

Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria).
2. Product Knowledge and Presentation

Understand and communicate the technical features and business benefits of products or services.

Stay updated with the latest product updates, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Customize sales pitches according to the prospect's industry, role, and business needs.
3. Sales Conversion

Engage decision-makers through consultative selling approaches to explain how the product solves their specific business problems.

Overcome objections by clearly addressing technical concerns and offering suitable solutions.

Schedule product demos or forward qualified leads to the appropriate technical or sales specialist.

Close small or mid-size sales independently when appropriate.
4. Database and CRM Management

Accurately update and maintain customer records, lead status, and call notes in the CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).

Track activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.

Follow up consistently with prospects who showed interest but did not convert initially.
5. Collaboration and Reporting

Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams for better targeting, messaging, and technical support.

Participate in weekly or monthly meetings to review sales metrics and pipeline status.

Provide market intelligence and feedback to product or sales strategy teams.
