  • Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting.
  • Need to Handle US & UK Technical Support Calls.
  • Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
  • Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router ,Email ,Facebook and Other Related Peripherals and Issues.
  • Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
  • Should be Comfortable with Rotational Night Shift +cabs +5 days working.
