Candidate Experience in IPT Field 5 to 10 Years Technical Skills: Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) Cisco Unity (CUC) Cisco Voice Gateway/ CUBE Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) CUCDM/VOSS Configuration of IPT related to Contact Center requirement Excellent Troubleshooting Skills Knowledge regarding 3rd Party application or installation would be an added advantage Voice Protocol - SIP/H.323/MGCP/ SCCP / RTMT/ other Skills Working Knowledge of Call recording box Red Box and Verint Basic knowledge of Routing and Switching to understand Call Flow and integration of voice solution with Network Purpose of Role: The Role holder is responsible for providing support and deployment of IPT and solutions. He/She Provide technical support, resolving escalated technical issues and need to work on problem tickets.

Role holder should have experience to manage IPT Network of US/ UK based client

Key Responsibility: To provide Professional IPT support for our customers Troubleshooting and consultancy to service desk, technical design team and project management To Provide support on project & Service delivery task.
