Job Description
1.To monitor application and cloud service. 2. To do initial research for trouble happened and propose trouble solution. 3. To maintain application and cloud environment. 4. To setup and support for operation terminals. 5. To develop and support for operation support tools. 6. To create analytic report for application and cloud service. 7. To improve to provide better service by system operational view like KAIZEN. 8. To support developer for system configuration knowledge. 9. To support helpdesk persons for system configuration and operational knowledge improvement. 10. Contact other application support team in local regions and infrastructure support team 11. Contact K5 support 12. To make status report (daily, weekly, monthly) Shift is 24x5 (Fixed Sat-Sun off)
