Job Description
JD:Windows: Working knowledge of installing configuring and fine tuning Windows Sever 2012 R2/2019 . Understanding of OS migration concepts. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Cluster installation and configuration. Performance fine tuning on OS level. Knowledge of RAID configurations. Basic knowledge of Print and Scan service. Directory Services: Understanding and knowledge of Active Directory and AD components. File System: Working knowledge on Microsoft DFS. Working knowledge on NTFS permissions. Common Skills required: Vmware:- Knowledge of Life Cycle Management for VMware vSphere and Windows OS. Esxi Install and troubleshooting. Virtual deployment/ Storage expansion and LUN addition to Esxi host. Basic of dvswitch Scripting knowledge using PowerShells. Good writing skills for technical documentations and reports. Fluent at speaking English language for customer and technical calls. Knowledge of ITIM process for Incident, Change and Problem management
