Eligibility Criteria: • Master’s Degree in Social Work /Anthropology / Economics / Sociology • A minimum 8-10 years of experience on capacity development and working on Behavioural change communication. • A strong understanding on research, monitoring and evaluation, writing and computer skills with a demonstrated proficiency in data analysis for policies and programs are required,
