Job Description
Major Purpose of the Job
• Analysis and documentation of stability sample.
Principal Tasks:
• To analyze stability sample.
• Preparation of summary report of stability samples.
• Preparation of monthly stability planner.
• Monitoring and recording of daily temperature and relative humidity of stability sample.
Responsibilities:
• Analysis and documentation of stability samples.
• To maintain stability log books.
• Maintenance and cleaning of HPLC ID No. CJ/QCI-004 and Hardness tester.
• Discard of stability samples after analysis.
• To review stability reports.
• Charging and withdrawal of stability samples.
• To ensure the labeling of the sample for stability study and incubation of the same at required condition.
• To review stability reports.
• Maintenance of column usage, working standard and instrument log book.
• To prepare volumetric solution and test solution.
• Any other job as and when delegated by Head-QC.
EHS:
• To ensure processes needed for integrated management system for establishing, implementing and maintaining properly in the department.
• To participate in periodic IMS system audits and to maintain the records.
• To participate in training for internal auditors for IMS System.
• To participate in various Awareness trainings on Environment, Health and Safety.
• To participate in management review meetings and maintain record of the same.
