To ensure planning, analysis and release of sample test reports. Principal Tasks: Planning of finished goods/GLP. Review of Analytical reports of all section. Follow of timely preventive maintenance of QC instruments. Responsibilities: Work allocation of Finish products to concerned analysts. Review of LIMS results entry done by analysts. Coordination with external testing lab to get the outside tests done and to receive reports in timely manner. Troubleshooting of QC Instruments. Formal investigation of out-of-specification, incidents, out-of-trend test results and errors and documentation of investigation, including action taken. To raise the change control and preparation of SOPs, STPs and specifications. Updation of method as per current GLP guidelines and regulatory requirements. To read the relevant specification and organize the work in such a manner that testing can be completed in stipulated time. To participate in audits To prepare indent of material and AMC/CMC of different instrument related to Quality Control Lab and it’s follow up. Responsible for management of working standard, Reference standard, Primary standards and impurities. To conduct training in quality control as per training schedule. Any other job as and when delegated by Head-QC. EHS: To ensure processes needed for integrated management system for establishing, implementing and maintaining properly in the department. To participate in periodic IMS system audits and to maintain the records. To participate in training for internal auditors for IMS System. To participate in various Awareness trainings on Environment, Health and Safety. To participate in management review meetings and maintain record of the same.
