Job responsibilities:- Take Inbound Calls (US) associated with computers
- Engagement of customers telephonic-ally to know about the computer related issues
- Proper address of customer’s issues with windows laptops and MAC devices
- Troubleshooting the issues instantly related to error codes or black screen
As a part of technical support team, you are expected to:
- Provide recommendation to get technical help with easy steps handling inbound calls
- Convert a random caller to a permanent customer offering him immediate support through soft selling skills
- 6 Working Days
- Shift Timings: Night shift (US) 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- Salary Credit Date: 10th of every month
- Increment : After 6 months(based on your performance)
- Referral and Joining Bonus

- You have 1 year of experience in International Outbound/Inbound tech process
- Experience to take payments and pitch the plan with closing of a sale
- Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues related to computer, printer, broadband, Router, antivirus, Email issues, MAC etc
- Experience in taking PPC Calls
