About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work directly with developers, clients, and internal teams on post-integration issues to provide technical support, consulting, and best practices
2. Address technical queries on APIs, and plugins and complete the Fission product suite
3. Communicate the technical issues to merchants and internal departments
4. Identify irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors with Fission products and services
5. Provide timely resolution to merchants and assist them with a level 1/2 support team with product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills
6. Report issues or bugs to product/software engineering teams by raising tickets and work towards a resolution with collaboration
7. Capture issues in our system, update progress regularly and resolve the merchant's issues
8. Act as an advocate for technical queries and expertise in terms of knowledge for Fission products, their implementations, and usages
9. Enhance the overall experience of our merchants by providing support for technical issues without redirecting them to the developers
10. Travel to client sites to resolve extremely complex customer and integration issues
