Job Description:

• Technical / Customer Support Executive – International Voice
• Excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport
• Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
• Trouble-shooting & Customer support to premium clients over the phone (inbound)
• Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Operating Systems)
• Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
• Should be flexible to work in Night shifts, as per business requirement

• 18-45 years of age

• Knowledge of basics of - MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point)
• BE/B.TECH (Civil Mechinical and cemical are not eligible)
• BA/BCOM/BSC/MA/MCOM/MSC/BBA/BBM/Diploma
• We also hire 12thPass and 12th + Diploma Profiles .
• B.Ed, CA, CS, ICWA, M.Tech, MCA, LLB, LLM, Pharma etc. NOT eligible
• Candidates pursuing or completed Distance MBA/PGDM are eligible
• Candidates pursuing any of the above courses or any other regular courses are NOT eligible
• Ready to work in Night Shifts
