Job Description
The Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for Qtel’s Self service kiosks.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and
maintaining the Computer Kiosk systems and networks in a technical support
role.
- Tasks will include
installing and configuring kiosk systems, diagnosing hardware/software
faults and solving technical problems
- Remote Desktop Support
using RDP
- Working with field engineers to visit customers if the problem is more serious
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment
