Technical Support Engineer Job in Qtel Comtech Limited at Gurgaon

The Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for Qtel’s Self service kiosks.   

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining the Computer Kiosk systems and networks in a technical support role.
• Tasks will include installing and configuring kiosk systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems
• Remote Desktop Support using RDP
• Working with field engineers to visit customers if the problem is more serious
• Testing and fixing faulty equipment
