Candidates will go through a Screening Test(Communication Round) & only selected candidates with good communication will be processed for interviews.
Education Required: Any Graduate, B.E or B.TECH no percentage cut off
Non technical graduates are also eligible

Timings : 11am to 3pm

Job Description:

Providing Voice support to Internal and External End Users. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
Remote Infrastructure support
Perform problem cause analysis
Resolve customer queries & achieve customer delight.
Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.

Desired Skills:

Good Communication Skills(Neutral English-Mandate)
Any Graduate or Under Graduate & (Min 15 years of Education required/No Backlogs)
Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts
Experience required : 0 to 3 years (Max)
Compensation: 4.2Lac + Night Shift Allowance
