- We are Currently hiring for Voice Day shift For- Sal Up to 4.5 Lakhs

- Please Note: This is a Voice based support for Internal & External Customers (Technical Support) / Candidate should have excellent communication skills - Neutral English, Should be flexible to work in any shifts(24/7).
- Candidates will go through a Screening Test(Communication Round) & only selected candidates with good communication will be processed for interviews
- Education Required: Any Graduate, B.E or B.TECH no percentage cut off
- Non-technical graduates are also eligible
- Designation: Technical Support
- Engineer/Executive
- Timings : 11am to 3pm
- Providing Voice support to Internal and External End Users. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
- Remote Infrastructure support
- Perform problem cause analysis
- Resolve customer queries & achieve customer delight.
- Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
- Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
- Ability to identify basic hardware parts and aware of basic hardware concepts
- Sound Knowledge on Operating Systems & MS Office
- Basic Knowledge
- Linux,Windows,Database&Storage
- Good Communication Skills(Neutral English-Mandate)
- Any Graduate or PG's (Min 15 years of Education required/No Backlogs)
- Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts
- Experience required: 6 Months to 6 years (Max)
- Compensation: 7Lac + incentives
