Technical / Desktop Support:
Ensuring low down time for production desktops.
Preventive / Corrective maintenance of all the desktops.
Managing and Maintaining operating system Endpoint Protection at the desktop level, Microsoft issues.
Responsible for Backups and Restore of critical data according to users request.Responsible for 1st level troubleshooting in Servers and Hardware/ Operating system / Network related issues.
Ensuring Encryption in all Laptop users for data security, and EFS backupManaging and updating Windows patches for Desktops and Laptops.
UPS MonitoringProviding Mobile devices support (Microsoft Active Sync) for corporate users
