Job Description
Technical Support Engineer :
Direct/Remote web application support, Implementation & Training to
end users. Documenting the client requirements or queries and
troubleshooting them, regularly in touch with clients via mail/phone for
good relationship.May need to visit client location for implementation.
Required Skill Set
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, Basic knowledge of
MySql queries, Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritize and
execute tasks in a fast-paced, Good in English & Hindi. Willing to Travel
and holding a valid passport is preferred.
Agreement 1 Year mandatory.
Job Location: Bellandur and Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore.
