Job Description
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Providing Supports Using Remote Desktops
- Checking the Network Connectivity & Troubleshooting
- Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing 1st & 2nd Level Technical Support to end-users.
- Installation & Configuration of Network printers & Scanner and its basic level of troubleshooting.
- Provided the Remote support & Net meting support using following software Team Viewer, VNC Server, Ammyy Remote Software, Remote Desktop.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Visiting customer sites to troubleshoot problems that can’t be fixed remotely.
- Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries
- Taking ownership of user problems and being proactive when dealing with user issues
- Excellent communication skills (telephone and face to face).
- Being able to communicate in ‘plain English’ is at least as important as good technical skills Previous experience in first or second line IT Support
