Job Role: Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities include:

- Respond to document all incoming cases reported by customers via phone and email.
- Respond to network monitoring alerts by investigating, resolving or escalating as required.
- Provide first-line diagnostic/troubleshooting while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Resolve cases where possible or escalate to 2nd/3rd level engineers, or vendors as required.
- 1+ years of technical support experience
- CCNA certification or equivalent network certification
- Quick learning
- Self-reliance and ability to work independently when required
- Fluency in English
