Job Role: Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities include:

Respond to document all incoming cases reported by customers via phone and email.
Respond to network monitoring alerts by investigating, resolving or escalating as required.

Provide first-line diagnostic/troubleshooting while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Resolve cases where possible or escalate to 2nd/3rd level engineers, or vendors as required.

Qualifications/Personal Attributes

1+ years of technical support experience
CCNA certification or equivalent network certification
Quick learning
Self-reliance and ability to work independently when required
Fluency in English
