PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in 24/7 environment, supporting enterprise customer DataCentre Technologies.
Monitoring Infra monitoring tools, consoles, mailbox and ticketing in ITSM tool.
Receiving customer calls and logging tickets in ITSM tool.
Event management for the tickets, following up with internal teams, customers and vendors.
Routing calls / cases to respective teams Skill based routing
