Job Requirements
1. Excellent communication in English
(written and verbal)
2. Knowledge in Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking/OS related queries
3. Flexible to work at shifts.
4. Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the
solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
5. Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers
on call status.
