Desktop & Server :
- OS - Windows & Linux
- Skills - Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting and implementation
Networking :
- Passive components testing and troubleshooting
- Active product configuration and troubleshooting
Responsibilities and Duties
1.Reporting each call status to Service coordinator
2. Attn the local service call within 4Hrs
3. Closing the local service call with a day
4. Service report should maintain for each calls with customer feed back
5. Take Care of Level 1 & 2 calls in locally and Outstation
6. Maintaining and Submitting proper report & project documents
7. Have to be ready to work in flexible time if required
