- Technical Support Executive should assist the clients in resolving the technical queries they face while working with any of the company software application.
- The support will be extended to the client via chat, email and telephonic mediums.
- Should have good technical skills related to Email Services, Operating System and File SystemsGood IT / Computer knowledge needed with good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skill and client handling ability in English as communication medium
