The Support Engineer from the CA department will handle the Installation,
Implementation & Support of Altitude Software for India & other
assigned countries in Asia Pacific.
· Onsite or Remote Installation & Support of Altitude Software Unified Contact Centre Solution
· To provide technical support & solutions to the Altitude Partners & Customers on the Altitude Contact center solution
· Must have good understanding of call center, VOIP, SIP/E1/T1, Dialer, ACD , IVR etc.
· Good problem solving skills to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve the problems with proper RCA.
· Understand and analyzing the logs from the system.
· Co-ordinate with other departments in the Altitude and HQ teams in Europe.
· Perform advance troubleshooting activities while coordinating with 3rd party vendors to assist in problem resolutionJob Particulars
