Job Description:
- Your primary task would be providing technical support to Novanet’s 600+ active customers, handling & resolving customer issues, an end to end cycle.
- For the role, you’d need to apply knowledge of Novanet services, VOIP technology and networking hardware and software.
- Great communication skills will help you provide quick and accurate handling of support interactions – phone, chat, screen sharing & email and help you with answering technical questions, solving technical problems and suggesting appropriate workarounds.
- The role would involve working in shifts, please make a note.
Education:
- Degrees don’t matter here, but it’s cool if you have one — Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunication or related fields, then that’s great. We welcome 12th pass outs/ drop outs with open arms.

Key Qualifications:
- Excellent Oral and Written Communications
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Fair knowledge of Networking, CCNA, Understanding of Internal Protocols (Not mandatory*)
