- Will be responsible to provide 1st level of technical support to customers.
- Need to install/reinstall/ rebuild / Maintain the Linux based software solutions on Production /Non-Production System
- Monitor and act on the system Alerts and engage level 2 / Level 3 Engineers
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Attend internal/external training sessions to keep the continual learning
